Deep is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds bachelor's degree in commerce and LLB, He has over 9+ years of work experience in tax and regulatory advisory with specialization in transaction structuring and financial service space.
He has extensive experience in managing investment life cycle i.e. from term sheet signing stage until the procurement of share certificates (i.e. conducting LDD, FDD, pre-investment structuring, negotiating in the investment terms and rights as a part of deal documentation, monitoring CP, CS etc.). He has experience in dealing with portfolio monitoring, reviewing the AVM matters of portfolio companies from tax and regulatory standpoint, managing fund compliances and fund administration (i.e. NAV, IRR, MOIC, TVPI computation etc).
Deep has previously worked at boutique advisory firms like Bansi Mehta, Dhruva Advisors, PwC, where He had an opportunity to be an preferred advisor to Financial Service Veteran who are registered with SEBI under FPI, Investment Advisor, PMS Regulations, NBFC, AIF CAT I, II and II Regulations. Prior to joining Blue Ashva, Deep was working with Venture Capital Fund Orios Venture Partners, where he was hadeling investment advisory, fund compliance and operations.
